01 Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Unlust (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Unlust mobile application (iOS or Android) or web services (including unlustapp.com and start.unlustapp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Unlust. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using and uninstall the application.
02 Health & Non-Medical Disclaimer
Important Notice: Unlust is a digital habit-building, educational, and self-improvement tool designed to assist individuals in quitting compulsive pornography use and adopting healthier lifestyle habits.
Unlust is not a medical device, medical provider, licensed mental health clinic, or psychological counseling service. The content, audio lessons, meditations, and AI tools provided through the app do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, psychiatrist, or licensed healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a clinical condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, severe depression, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact your local emergency services (such as 911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU, or 112 in India) or a specialized crisis lifeline immediately.
03 Account Registration & Security
To synchronize your recovery milestones, access premium content, and participate in community discussions, you may register an account using your email address, Apple ID, or Google account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must immediately notify us at support@unlustapp.com if you suspect any unauthorized use or breach of your account.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share or sell your account access.
04 Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines
Unlust fosters a safe, encouraging, and supportive recovery environment. When using the app, website, or community forums, you agree that you will not:
- Post, upload, or share any sexually explicit material, pornography, triggering imagery, or links to adult content.
- Harass, bully, threaten, defame, impersonate, or demean any other user or community member.
- Promote hate speech, violence, self-harm, discrimination, or illegal activities.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or exploit the source code, algorithms, or content of Unlust.
- Circumvent any security features, panic button protections, DNS content filters, or subscription verification systems.
We reserve the right to remove any violating content and immediately suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these community standards, without refund.
05 Paid Subscriptions, Billing & Merchant of Record
Unlust offers premium features, including advanced habit modules, audio learning libraries, AI companion chat, and full streak analytics, through recurring paid subscriptions (e.g., Monthly and Annual plans) or lifetime access purchases.
Web Purchases (Paddle as Merchant of Record)
For purchases made on our web funnel (e.g., start.unlustapp.com), payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd or Paddle Payments Ltd). Paddle is the merchant of record for all web transactions and handles payment processing, customer billing support, local currency conversions, and applicable sales tax/VAT collection.
By completing a web checkout, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase and will renew automatically at the specified billing frequency until canceled.
In-App Purchases (Apple App Store & Google Play)
For purchases made within the mobile app:
- Apple App Store: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Google Play: Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in Google Play Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
06 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Stops Future Charges: You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your prepaid billing period. Canceling stops future recurring charges; it does not automatically refund past payments.
How to Cancel:
- Apple (iOS): Go to iPhone Settings → Tap your Name → Subscriptions → Unlust → Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play (Android): Open Google Play Store → Tap Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Unlust → Cancel.
- Paddle (Web): Use the “Manage Subscription” link in your email receipt, or visit paddle.net for instant self-service cancellation.

07 Intellectual Property Rights
All software, user interfaces, illustrations, audio content, text, trademarks, service marks, logos, and features in Unlust are the exclusive intellectual property of Unlust and its licensors.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the Unlust app on your compatible personal devices solely for your personal, non-commercial recovery journey.
08 Account Termination & Deletion
You may stop using Unlust at any time. You can permanently delete your account and associated recovery data directly inside the mobile app (via Profile → Delete Account) or online by submitting a request at https://unlustapp.com/delete.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Unlust immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, violate our community guidelines, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
09 Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Unlust is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that individual recovery goals will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Unlust, its founders, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or personal distress, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the service.
10 Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (and, for web transactions processed by Paddle, the applicable laws of England and Wales with respect to reseller merchant obligations), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of the mandatory protection afforded to them by the laws of their country or region of residence.
